March for Our Lives Comfort Station

8:00 am

March 24, 2018

In the aftermath of the attack on the students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, students across the country decided that they could not continue to wait for someone else to address the issue of gun violence in their schools. Therefore, on March 24, 2018, thousands of students and their supporters will gather in Washington, DC for the March for Our Lives to demand that the United States government commit to making their lives and safety a priority.

William Penn House is proud to support the March for Our Lives by opening our doors as a comfort station, offering water, coffee and tea and our 100-year-old bathrooms to participants in the march to end school shootings and promote reasonable gun regulation.

Please join us on Saturday, March 24 to help support this courageous and crucial social action!
